Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Cream together the room temperature cream cheese, butter and sugar, until smooth. Add in the half an egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream the sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
With the beater on low, mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until blended well.
Gently fold in blueberries with a rubber spatula being careful not to break them.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto cookie sheet or use a cookie scoop.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on wire rack. Drizzle with lemon glaze.
