Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Trim away any fat (rib meat) on chicken and discard.
Cut chicken into 1 1/2 by 1 inch pieces.
Toss chicken with oil to coat. Set aside.
Whisk all dry seasonings together.
Add dry ingredients to chicken and toss well, making sure the chicken is evenly covered.
Space chicken evenly in air fryer basket. If you don't have space between each piece, wait and cook a second batch.
Air fry at 380°F for 10-13 minutes.
Sprinkle chicken with parsley before serving.
Serve with a dipping sauce or with your favorite rice, pasta or vegetable.
