Juicy Air Fryer Chicken Bites

Nothing is better than tender and juicy chicken and the best way to achieve that is in the air fryer! Once more the air fryer moves to the top for cooking your favorite dish, and all in under 12 minutes. For many households, chicken has become their number one choice for meals and while there are a zillion chicken recipes out there to keep it fresh, the introduction of the air fryer in your kitchen can keep your cooking not only healthier, but faster!

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • tablespoon Oil (any oil of your choice)
  • teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash (or poultry seasoning)
  • ¾ teaspoon Garlic salt
  • teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2-3 teaspoon Italian parsley (minced)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  • Trim away any fat (rib meat) on chicken and discard.
  • Cut chicken into 1 1/2 by 1 inch pieces.
  • Toss chicken with oil to coat. Set aside.
  • Whisk all dry seasonings together.
  • Add dry ingredients to chicken and toss well, making sure the chicken is evenly covered.
  • Space chicken evenly in air fryer basket. If you don't have space between each piece, wait and cook a second batch.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 10-13 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chicken with parsley before serving.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce or with your favorite rice, pasta or vegetable.
