- 2 avocados (sliced)
- 4 slices french bread (or your favorite bread)
- 4 tablespoons Pico de Gallo (homemade or store bought)
- Everything but the Bagel seasoning
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- ½ lemon or lime, squeezed (over avocado or Pico de Gallo)
Cut up an avocado, sprinkle with lemon or lime juice. Not necessary if you are going to eat it right away.
Dice your tomato and onion, use equal amounts. OR use store bought Pico de Gallo. Squeeze a little lemon or lime in it.
Toast your bread in the skillet after lightly buttering each side.
Stack with avocado. Then Pico de Gallo if desired.
Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Salt and pepper to taste.
